No turning back

Today's the day - Heading for Moscow! Only time will tell how prepared I am, but undoubtedly I will forget a thing or two (hopefully not my sanity). I have a 2:30 flight to Chicago, and then from there to London, and then on to Moscow. Fortunately, it looks like it's around 75 degrees there, so that beats St. Louis weather by a stretch, but it sure doesn't have all the great people ;). Wish me luck, and I'll see you on the other side (of the world, that is).

Saturday, August 25th

Okay, we're at four days and counting, and I'm not even close to being ready. But as most of you well know, I'm a high-pressure performer, and everything usually works out. Right now, I've got a mixture of emotions: excited, nervous, anxious, amongst a plethora of others. I'm going to miss everybody a lot, particularly all of the friends I've made at the Fitness Edge over the past two years. Keep in touch and throw me a line whenever you can.
